Warranty & Conditions:

  1. This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser and is not transferable. 
  2. Warranty service will only be provided within the warranty period. To obtain service, the complete set of product shall be brought to our service centre at the purchaser's own expense, together with this warranty card and the original purchase invoice. 
  3. The warranty period for accessories (battery, adaptor, line cord) is 90 days commencing from the date of original purchase. Only batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity and batteries that leak are covered. 
  4. The warranty does not cover defects or damage result from (a) modification, alteration or repair by persons other than the authorized personnel of the company; (b) normal wear and tear; (c) improper installation and operation, misuse, accident, negligence; (d) contact with water, rain, sand, dirt; extreme humidity or heat, heavy perspiration; (e) the use of other brand accessories. 
  5. The warranty is valid in Hong Kong only.
  6. Any repaired items not collected by customers within 2 months from the date of notice will be disposed of at the discretion of the company.
  7. The warranty conditions are subject to change by the company without giving prior notice to customer.
